Yesterday I drew expressions for my original character.
I remember that I always wanted my drawings to look realistic and objective. I hated to exaggerate, even when I was drawing comics or manga.
Now look what one year in animation industrie did to me.
But… I like it.
I´ve been skribbeling a lot lately, mostly to get ideas for my portfolio, because I´d like to include some new stuff.
This is a character I had in my folio from last year as well, except she looks totally different now. I´ve drawn her a lot lately and now I´ve got to a stage where I feel comfortable with her. This are four examples of what I´ve drawn last sunday.
What do you think? What is your first impression? And most important, any idea for a name?
Finally, I drew some more Sherly and Joan! It´s similar to my last fem!lock pickture, but this time they´re on the beach. Undercover of course.

I´ve been watching the first episode of “The Mighty Thor” from the 60ies, which is hilarious. And during all the trouble with evil Loki, Thor seems to have forgotten his pants. I could not resist to draw him in this outfit (naturally in a pose of Wonder Woman)
