Yesterday I drew expressions for my original character.
I remember that I always wanted my drawings to look realistic and objective. I hated to exaggerate, even when I was drawing comics or manga.
Now look what one year in animation industrie did to me.
But… I like it.
I´ve been skribbeling a lot lately, mostly to get ideas for my portfolio, because I´d like to include some new stuff.
This is a character I had in my folio from last year as well, except she looks totally different now. I´ve drawn her a lot lately and now I´ve got to a stage where I feel comfortable with her. This are four examples of what I´ve drawn last sunday.
What do you think? What is your first impression? And most important, any idea for a name?
It´s time to update my portfolio, so I started sketching for some ideas. Here is a cute version of a character I had in my last year’s portfolio.

in my opinion on traditional art, the first Sherlock Holmes book I´ve read and what I think about the modern Sherlock Holmes tv shows, please drop by sylwiatelari´s “Creeping Wednesday” journal on deviantart. This weeks theme is “Sherlock Holmes” and I did a little interview for her : D There is lots of fanart and a little funny story too !
Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh!
This is for darling Julia, who wanted me to draw Thor riding Rainbow Dash. As you can see, I took this very seriously.
… Thor your hair is annoying.
I´d like to dedicate this to the beautiful Ingeborg and her porn spams. I never drew anything for you! It´s about time.
